Quick checks

  • Make sure the app is updated to the latest preview or release build.
  • Check your internet connection before retrying sign in or sync actions.
  • Reopen the app if a draft, workout list, or analytics screen looks stale.
  • Review Settings for pending sync status, notification toggles, and unit preferences.

Common issues

Sign in or password reset problem

Double-check the email address used at sign up and look for reset emails in spam or junk folders if they do not arrive immediately.

Workout did not sync

Open Settings and review the DATA section. Helthai keeps pending sessions locally and retries when connectivity returns.

Rest timer or reminders are not firing

Confirm notification permissions are enabled at the device level and that reminders are turned on inside the app.

Need to delete account data

Use the Delete Account option inside the app under Settings. This is the supported path for removing the current account and its owned data.
