Data Storage
Helthai stores account and workout data using Supabase. Some data may also be stored locally on the user's device so the app can remain responsive and recover drafts or pending saves.
Data Sharing
Helthai does not sell user workout data. Data may be processed by service providers used to operate the app, including Supabase for authentication, database, and backend infrastructure.
Notifications
Helthai may send local notifications for rest timers, reminders, or streak milestones if the user enables notifications. Users can disable notification permissions in device settings or in the app where controls are available.
User Choices
- update workout data
- delete workouts
- delete custom exercises
- sign out
- delete their account and related account data from inside the app
Data Deletion
When a user deletes their account, Helthai attempts to remove account-owned workout data, custom exercises, profile data, and the Supabase Auth user. Some logs or backups may remain for a limited period depending on infrastructure backup and retention behavior.
Children's Privacy
Helthai is not intended for children. Users should only use Helthai if they are old enough to consent to account creation and data processing in their location.
Changes
This policy may be updated as Helthai changes. The effective date should be updated when the policy changes.
